Terms of Use
Last updated on
This website is operated by Ctrl Alt Develop Web Design (ABN 90 804 460 904). These terms cover your use of it. They’re short and in plain language, because that’s how we prefer to work. By using the site, you agree to them.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, read, and share what we publish here. Don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content and ownership
The content on this site, including text, images, and the Ctrl Alt Develop brand, belongs to us unless noted otherwise. Client names and project examples are shown with permission. You may not reuse our content commercially without asking first.
Information, not advice
We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it’s general information, not advice for your specific situation. Pricing shown is indicative; every project is quoted properly once we’ve talked it through.
Project work
Website and development work we do for clients is governed by the proposal or agreement for that project, not by these terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of this site will be handled by the courts of Victoria.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The published date above indicates the most recent revision.
