What you get
Regular updates and backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and a set number of hours each month for the small changes that always come up. When something goes wrong, you talk to the person who built it.
Plans & pricing
Care plans run month to month with no lock-in. Whether we built your site or someone else did, we start with a one-off onboarding audit ($250) — we check the site over, sort out access, and make sure it’s something we can look after properly before either of us commits to anything.
Essential Care — from $149/month
Software and security updates, regular backups, security and uptime monitoring, and around 30 minutes of small changes each month. Email support with a 2 business-day response.
Priority Care — from $349/month
Everything in Essential, plus around 2 hours of small changes each month, next-business-day priority response, and a monthly health report.
Prices are flat with no GST. New pages, features, and redesigns are quoted separately — a care plan keeps an existing site healthy rather than rebuilding it.
